Funding & Financial Information

A 501©(3) under the leadership of President, Tim Singleton and the Board of Directors, there are ambitious plans to expand programs even further in the years to come to serve more students.

Of equal importance to the hard work of our students, their parents and staff is continued financial support of our business community and the time and expertise donated by volunteers in many of our activities.

Like the diversity of our students, our financial supporters range from the strength of the Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation to local groups and individuals including the Heritage Foundation, Hargray Caring Coins Foundation and many others. Our volunteer mentors and advisors cover the spectrum from retired giants of industry to former educators and more.

Monies donated to Strive to Excel helps to fund the day-to-day operations including staff and programs and provides substantial scholarships to seniors. Since our inception, we have awarded more than $250,000 in scholarships.
